This policy explains how we research, write, review and update the content on this website, including our blog, service pages and guides.
Who writes our content?
Articles are written or led by people who work in SEO, content and digital marketing. Each article shows its author, and where an article has been reviewed by a second specialist, the reviewer is named too. Author pages describe each person's background and areas of expertise.
How do we research articles?
We start from the questions our clients and readers actually ask. Where we make factual claims about how search engines or AI platforms work, we rely on primary sources — for example official documentation such as Google Search Central — and link to them so readers can check. We avoid presenting estimates, anecdotes or third-party claims as established fact.
Do we use AI tools?
Yes, as assistants. We may use AI tools to help with research summaries, outlines or first drafts. A person always writes or substantially edits the final text, checks facts and sources, and takes responsibility for what is published. We do not publish unreviewed AI-generated content.
How do we review content?
Before publishing, each article is checked for accuracy, clarity, and whether it genuinely helps the reader. Content on regulated topics (such as healthcare or finance marketing) is written cautiously and flags where professional or legal advice is needed.
Do we make promises about results?
No. Search engines and AI platforms are run by third parties. Our content explains methods and good practice; it does not guarantee rankings, traffic or AI mentions. Any example data is clearly labelled as illustrative.
How do we keep content up to date?
Search changes quickly. We review important articles periodically and when platforms change their guidance. Articles show a "published" date and an "updated" date when they have been meaningfully revised.
Corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page. We will review it, correct the article where needed, and note significant corrections on the page.
Independence
We are not paid to mention third-party tools or platforms in our articles. Names such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned for explanation only.
