Answers to common questions

Everything you need to know about SEO, AEO, GEO, AI marketing and how we work.

General

We are an Indian digital growth agency and work with clients across India and internationally. Most of our collaboration happens online, with calls, shared dashboards and WhatsApp for quick updates.

You receive a monthly report covering the work completed, changes in rankings, traffic, conversions and AI visibility, and the priorities for the next month. We also share live dashboards where useful.

Yes. You will have one point of contact who knows your goals, coordinates the work on your account and replies to messages within 2 business days.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) helps your website rank in traditional search results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) structures your content so search engines and voice assistants can quote it as a direct answer, for example in featured snippets. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) improves how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews understand, mention and cite your brand. They build on each other, so we plan them as one strategy.

Technical fixes can have an impact within weeks, but meaningful organic growth usually takes three to six months, depending on your website, competition and how much content and authority work is needed. We share a realistic timeline after the audit and report progress every month.

No. Nobody controls Google or AI assistants, and any agency that guarantees rankings is not being honest. What we guarantee is rigorous, guideline-compliant work, clear priorities and transparent reporting on what changes.

No. We work on monthly engagements after an initial onboarding period, because we would rather keep clients through results than through contracts.

A strategist reviews your technical SEO health, on-page content, competitors, answer-readiness and a snapshot of your visibility in AI search, then sends you a prioritised list of findings and quick wins. There is no obligation to work with us.

We specialise in SaaS and technology, education and EdTech, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and B2B companies and startups — but our methods work for most businesses that sell to customers who search online.

Pricing & engagement

Pricing depends on your goals, competition and the scope of work. After the free audit we recommend a plan with a clear monthly fee, so you know exactly what is included before you commit.

Yes. We tailor the scope to your stage — for early-stage companies we focus on the few activities most likely to generate pipeline first.

Absolutely. Many clients start with SEO or performance marketing and add AEO, GEO or content marketing once the foundation is in place.

Free SEO audit

Yes. The audit is free and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

We review every request personally. You will hear from us within 2 business days with your findings or a few clarifying questions.

Just your website address and a little context about your goals. Access to Google Search Console or Analytics helps us go deeper, but it is optional for the initial audit.

Search Engine Optimization

Technical SEO covers how easily search engines can crawl, render and index your site: site speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, site architecture, internal links, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, structured data and fixing errors that block indexing.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the practice of improving a website so search engines can crawl, understand and rank it for the searches your customers make. It covers technical health, content that matches search intent, and authority earned from other websites.

We earn links and brand mentions through digital PR, original content and genuine relationships. We do not buy links or use private blog networks, which put your site at risk.

Yes. Local SEO includes optimising your Google Business Profile, building consistent local citations, creating location pages and developing a reviews strategy.

Technical fixes can show an effect within weeks, while content and authority work usually takes three to six months to build meaningful organic growth. Competitive categories can take longer. We set expectations after the audit and report progress monthly.

Yes. AI Overviews and AI assistants draw heavily on pages that search engines can already crawl, understand and trust. Strong SEO is the foundation that AEO and GEO build on.

Answer Engine Optimization

AEO is the practice of structuring content so search engines and assistants can extract it as a direct answer — in featured snippets, “People also ask” boxes and voice responses — instead of just listing your page as a link.

Structured data helps search engines understand your content. FAQ rich results are shown less often than before, but clearly structured question-and-answer content remains valuable for answer engines and AI systems.

SEO helps a page rank; AEO makes the answer inside the page easy to extract and quote. AEO relies on SEO fundamentals — a page has to be indexed and trusted before it can be chosen as an answer.

Put a concise answer of roughly 40–60 words directly under a heading that mirrors the question, then expand with detail. Match the format the results already show — a paragraph, a numbered list or a table — and keep the information accurate and current.

Yes. Voice assistants usually read a single short answer, so concise, well-structured answers and accurate local information improve your chances of being the response.

Generative Engine Optimization

GEO improves how generative AI systems — such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews — describe and cite your brand. It focuses on authority, consistent entity information, citation-worthy content and presence on sources those systems rely on.

We define a set of prompts that matter to your business and regularly test them across major AI assistants, recording whether and how your brand and competitors are mentioned or cited. Results vary by model and over time, so we look at trends rather than single answers.

No. No one controls how AI assistants answer, and answers change between models, prompts and dates. We strengthen the signals these systems are known to rely on and report how visibility changes over time.

SEO targets rankings on a results page. GEO targets how AI systems summarise a topic and which brands and sources they mention. The two overlap heavily — authority, clear content and technical accessibility help both.

Start by benchmarking how AI assistants currently describe you and your competitors, fix inconsistent brand information across the web, and publish clear, original content worth citing.

AI Marketing

AI marketing is the use of AI tools — language models, machine-learning features in ad platforms and automation software — to research, create, run and measure marketing more efficiently, with people responsible for strategy, accuracy and brand voice.

No. AI handles repetitive work such as first drafts, summaries and data classification. People still set strategy, check facts, protect the brand voice and build relationships with customers.

Only with care. We write data-handling rules into every workflow — what may be shared with which tool, and what must never be — in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and your own policies.

Start with low-risk, high-repetition tasks: research briefs, content outlines, repurposing long-form content, reporting summaries and lead triage. Each should have a human review step.

Performance Marketing

Performance marketing is paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn that is planned and judged on measurable outcomes — qualified leads, sales and revenue — rather than impressions or clicks.

Google Search captures people already looking for a solution; Meta suits visual products and creating demand; LinkedIn suits B2B targeting by role and company. The right mix depends on your offer, audience and budget.

Ad platforms use automated bidding that optimises towards the conversions you report. If tracking counts spam or low-quality enquiries as leads, the platform learns to find more of them. Accurate tracking, ideally linked to CRM outcomes, comes first.

It depends on your market, competition and cost per click. We recommend a test budget in INR after reviewing your goals, enough to gather reliable data before scaling.

Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms from your own accounts, so you always own the accounts and the data. Our management fee is separate and agreed upfront.

Content Marketing

Content marketing is the planning, creation and distribution of genuinely useful content — guides, comparisons, videos and thought leadership — that helps buyers make decisions and builds trust in your brand.

Consistency and quality matter more than volume. A smaller number of well-researched, expert-reviewed pieces that answer real buyer questions usually outperforms frequent generic posts.

AI can help with research and outlines. People write, review and fact-check everything we publish, and subject-matter experts add the original insight that makes content worth reading and citing.

We track rankings and traffic for target topics, engagement, newsletter and lead conversions, and how often sales uses each asset — looking at business outcomes, not page views alone.

Website Design & Development

It depends on the number of pages, custom features and how ready the content is. A focused business website usually takes a few weeks from approved design to launch; larger sites with integrations take longer. We agree a timeline after discovery.

We choose the platform that fits your needs and your team: Laravel for custom, high-performance sites and web applications, WordPress for content-led sites your team wants to edit easily, and headless setups only where they are justified.

Yes. We build in fast loading, mobile-friendly layouts, clean headings, structured data, XML sitemaps and redirect maps when replacing an old site. Ongoing rankings still depend on content and authority, which our SEO service covers.

Yes. The code, content, hosting account and domain are yours. We can also provide maintenance, hosting support and updates if you want them.

Custom CRM Development

An off-the-shelf CRM is often the right choice for simple needs. A custom CRM makes sense when your process has stages or rules generic tools cannot model, when per-user licence costs keep growing, or when you need data kept on your own servers.

Yes. We connect website forms, WhatsApp, call tracking and ad-platform lead forms so every enquiry arrives in one place with its source and campaign recorded.

Yes. We import and clean data from spreadsheets or your current CRM, map it to the new fields and check it with your team before go-live.

We use role-based permissions, encrypted connections, audit logs and regular backups, and host where you choose. You own the code and the data.

Custom ERP Development

Common modules are inventory and warehouses, purchasing, sales orders and billing, accounts, HR and attendance, and reporting. We build only the modules you need, in the order that removes the most manual work.

Usually, yes. We integrate with accounting, e-commerce, payment and GST tools through their APIs or exports so data does not need to be entered twice.

We deliver in phases. The first module is typically live within a few months, depending on complexity; later modules follow once your team is using the first one confidently.

We train each team on its daily workflow, monitor the system during the first weeks and offer a maintenance plan for fixes, updates and new features.

E-commerce Development

Shopify suits most stores that want a reliable hosted platform with little maintenance. WooCommerce suits businesses already on WordPress or needing more content flexibility. A custom Laravel store makes sense for B2B pricing, very large or unusual catalogues, or workflows the platforms cannot handle. We recommend one after looking at your catalogue and operations.

We commonly integrate Indian gateways such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree and PayU, plus cash on delivery and international options where needed, depending on your business and the platform.

We migrate products, customers and orders, keep or map product and category URLs with 301 redirects and check indexing after launch. This protects existing search visibility as far as possible, though no migration can guarantee rankings.

Yes. We connect stock, orders and invoices with your ERP, accounting software or marketplaces through APIs so data is not entered twice.

Custom Software Development

When your process has rules or steps existing tools cannot handle, when you are paying for several tools that still need manual work between them, or when the software itself gives you an advantage. If an existing tool will do the job, we will tell you.

After a short discovery phase we agree a focused first version and give an estimate for it. Further features are planned and estimated in later iterations, so you only commit to what is clearly defined.

Most projects are built on Laravel (PHP) with a modern JavaScript front end and MySQL or PostgreSQL, with APIs for mobile apps and integrations. We choose proven, well-supported technology so the software is easy to maintain.

You do. The source code, data and hosting accounts are yours, and we provide documentation so another developer could maintain the software if needed.

SaaS & Technology

SaaS buyers evaluate through comparison, so SaaS SEO prioritises comparison, alternative, use-case and integration pages alongside educational content, and measures success in trials, demos and pipeline.

Programmatic SEO can work well for integration and use-case pages, but only when each page has unique, useful information. We validate demand, launch a small batch and check indexing and engagement before scaling.

They draw on review sites, comparison articles, documentation and consistent product descriptions across the web. Clear positioning and a strong presence on those sources improve your chances of being mentioned.

Organic channels do not charge per click, so as they mature they can reduce reliance on paid acquisition. How much depends on your category, content quality and the time you invest.

Education & EdTech

Well before the admission window. Search interest builds weeks ahead of application dates, so course and eligibility content should be published and refreshed in advance of each cycle.

Portals publish structured, comparable information and earn many links. Making your own course pages the most complete source — fees, eligibility, syllabus, outcomes and FAQs — helps you compete.

Yes. Parents often research credibility, safety, faculty and value separately, sometimes in regional languages. Content that answers their questions supports the final decision.

Yes. Many education searches are local. Accurate Google Business Profiles for every campus, location pages and genuine reviews all help.

Healthcare

YMYL (“Your Money or Your Life”) describes topics that can affect people’s health, finances or safety. Search engines apply stricter quality standards to them, so healthcare content needs clinician involvement, clear authorship and accurate sourcing.

Healthcare advertising in India is restricted by laws such as the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, professional conduct rules for doctors, the ASCI code and platform policies. We plan campaigns with these limits in mind and recommend legal review of regulated content.

Keep a complete, accurate Google Business Profile for each location, create dedicated location and doctor pages, keep contact details consistent across directories and ask patients for reviews ethically.

A qualified clinician in the relevant speciality should review condition and treatment content, with their name, credentials and review date shown on the page.

Real Estate

Yes. Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, advertisements for registered projects must show the RERA registration number and the state RERA authority’s website. We include these on project pages and ads.

Portals provide reach, but leads are often shared with other advertisers. Building owned channels — SEO, project pages and your own campaigns — gives you leads you control. Most developers use both.

We define what a qualified buyer looks like for each project and build budget, timeline and configuration filters into targeting, forms and follow-up, then feed CRM quality data back into campaigns.

Clear configurations and price ranges, RERA details, location and connectivity, amenities, floor plans, possession timelines and answers to common buyer questions.

E-commerce

Give indexable, optimised URLs only to filter combinations with real search demand, and canonicalise or keep the rest out of the index so search engines focus on your important pages.

Both matter, but category pages usually match the highest-volume commercial searches. Product pages need unique descriptions, reviews and accurate Product schema.

Many do. Marketplaces offer reach and logistics; your own store offers margin, data and customer relationships. A balanced plan uses marketplaces for reach while building demand on owned channels.

Google Merchant Center feeds power free product listings and Shopping ads. Accurate titles, identifiers, prices, availability and images improve eligibility and relevance.

B2B & Startups

Start with a clear ideal customer profile and positioning, then create bottom-of-funnel content — pricing, comparisons and use-cases — that sales can use with real prospects.

Often, yes. Specific B2B searches have low volume but high intent and high deal values, so a handful of qualified visitors can matter more than thousands of casual ones.

Share specific experience, opinions and lessons from real work consistently. Founder-led posts tend to build more trust than company-page announcements.

It varies with your category, sales cycle and starting point. Bottom-of-funnel content and paid campaigns can contribute sooner, while SEO and thought leadership compound over several months.
